We control the work of all airport services during flight preparation, monitor check-in and ramp operations, process payments for excess baggage and additional services at our own 24/7 ticket office located on the 2nd floor of the main terminal building. Our specialists assist passengers with ticket issuance, exchanges, refunds, rebooking, excess baggage payments, and additional services. We are accredited with BSP, TCH (code 19 SPT), and IATA (code 9222853).
In case of operational disruptions, we provide passenger assistance, accommodation, and catering services. Our extensive experience and strong partnerships allow us to provide favorable conditions with catering companies and hotels. Hotels are located near the airport and offer various pricing options. Currently, we have direct agreements with hotels including Crowne Plaza Airport, Rossiya, Park Inn Pulkovo Airport, Park Inn Pulkovskaya, Fort Kolesnik, Voyage, Holiday Inn, and Pulkovo Airport Mini Hotel.
Our 24-hour hotel reservation service is activated during irregular situations, allowing airport representatives to focus more attention directly on passengers. Together with our partners, we provide transportation services for crew members, aircraft technicians, and airline employees to and from aircraft at Pulkovo Airport. All vehicles have access permits for the airport controlled area and apron operations.

- A 24/7 office at Pulkovo Airport with an area of 18.2 sq. m., equipped with all necessary resources for uninterrupted representative operations. The office is located in the main terminal building and is easily accessible for passengers, crews, colleagues, and partners.
- The representative office staff consists of 20 employees. Our specialists are familiar with all procedures, regulations, and standards for passenger, crew, and aircraft handling, including irregular operations, delays, overbooking, missed connections, denied boarding situations, charter flight specifics, and migration and passport control requirements.
- Our ramp supervisors have the necessary knowledge to control aircraft ground handling operations, including aircraft arrival/departure procedures, parking, towing, external power connection, air supply systems, refueling, door and hatch operations, water and toilet servicing, de-icing procedures, aircraft configuration, passenger boarding procedures, cargo compartment layout, dangerous goods requirements, and ramp safety regulations.
- Two representative service employees work simultaneously (one in the check-in area and one on the apron) to ensure baggage control, protect airline financial interests, and provide support for passengers and crews.
- A 24/7 aviation ticket office in the central passenger terminal of Pulkovo Airport on the 2nd floor, equipped with reservation systems and communication facilities. We provide ticket sales, additional service processing, and excess baggage payments, including payment by bank card, mobile terminal, QR code, or payment link.
To improve service quality and expand transportation capabilities, our company operates its own fleet of modern passenger buses and minibuses.
